Hi Elvis, my invoice no. 102694, It's correct that now I book for 1 quadruple, 1 luxury double, 1 standard double and 1 standard double with extra bed, could you confirm my reservation and do we need to transfer additional deposit for my new reservation? Pls kindly confirm which floor of our rooms (it's ok if not at the same floor). Fyi, we will arrive Hkg on Apr 19 at 8.30 pm by plane, so we will be late check in, it's ok for you? hi, sorry. the quadruple room with extra bed is not available so that the quadruple room can only accommodate for 4 persons.So there are no available luxury quadruple for march 17 and march 18? Do you have a room that can fit 3 persons?
